i am hoping to document more and more this coming year. i will be sure to post for friends far and near to see. i am planning on investing in a new canon 40D or 50D soon and take a photography class so i am sure to use the camera to its full potential. everyone likes a good picture, so i am going to delivery it. check out my flickr: www.flickr.com/mathukraine
saturday afternoon i went up to LA LA LAnd for a quick meeting and then to hang out with my good friend adam kalma. unfortunately, i forgot my camera to document our adventures, but i bummed some the world wide web. LA is winning me over every time i visit there. i really like where the city is going. adam and i enjoyed a great dinner in los feliz at trattoria farfalla then had dessert at their sister restaurant 3 doors down, vinoteca:
then we made our way to citizen smith in hollywood. we had a couple cocktails and enjoyed a snack of nachos. truly amazing and a great night.
after sleeping in we made our way to the farmers market and indulged in crepes. we then went over to LACMA and enjoyed a couple hours of art…..
went to washington for a long week with my brother kevin. got to visit the grandparents and other family. adventures included:
bowling, wine tasting, food adventures, movie-vantage point (HORRIBLE), mellow book reading (’service included’ by phoebe damrosch and ‘how to be good’ by nick hornby)days by the fire, night out with the cousins at KINGS in ballard, and concluded with a trip to BLACKBIRD clothing store.

day one: leave the lbc at 10.30pm. arrived to eriks apartment at 4am-ish. party. bed. woke up. rode to the mission. quick breakfast. dolares park. ride back. eriks tire popped. bummer. erik and jake cruised to the apartment. timmy and matt went to union square. then headed back to get jake. dodged the crack heads. relaxed in apartment and party. american rag-pizza-marc by marc jacobs. back to apartment. nap. erik off work. whiskey thieves. party. bed
day two: awoke. coffee and bagels on fillmore. ride to golden gate bridge park. spill on bike. matt down. ride to haight. shopped till we dropped. lunch at pork store cafe. beers. browsed on hayes. party party party. rode to some bluegrass bar. the rode to beauty bar. sd beauty bar is better. party party party. ride. jake tire popped. then walked back to apartment. party. bed.
day three: bagels round 2 on fillmore. drive to ocean beach. explore presido park. golden gate bridge. lunch mex. driving tour 2 houses, along water, pier39, union square, and barneys. home. party. dinner at herbivore. party. nap. leave for the lbc. good bye and thank you erik. san francisco is an amazing city.
